교수님 안녕하세요. 교수님의 Web-R로 ROC curve를 그려서 투고했고

현재 revision중에 있습니다. 감사합니다.

특정 질병(환자군 29명 정상군 230명) 을 장내미생물 균주를 통해 진단할수 있는지 ROC curve를 통해서 보여주려고 했습니다.

web-R을 이용하고 아래와 같이 기술하였는데

In this setting investigators typically use the fitted values from the regression model to construct an ROC curve and to compare this with the ROC curve derived similarly from the fitted values from the regression excluding the new marker.

Revision이 아래와 같이 왔습니다

How was the classifier created to generate ROC curve shown in Figure 3? Was this random forests? This should be explained in more detail, including how classifier performance was estimated (e.g. 5-fold cross-validation).

혹시나 이에 대해서 어느정도 말씀이 가능할지 문의드립니다.

바쁘셔서 어려우시다면 Web-R에서 사용한 함수를 알려주실수 있으실지요? 

웹에서 클릭만으로 하는 R통계분석 책을 찾아봐도 명확하게 언급을 해놓은 부분은 없어서 문의드립니다.
