생존 분석을 하는데 질문이 있어 이렇게 글을 올립니다.
두 환자군(Liquid, Solid group)에서 항생제 치료를 시작한 것을 survival curve로 분석하려고 합니다.
KM curve를 그리고 아래와 같이 작성해 보고자 합니다.
1. 전체 환자그룹에서 항생제 치료를 시작한 cumulative rate는 ( )%였고, 95% CI는 얼마였다.
2. 총 관찰기간 중에, Liquid group과 solid group에서 항생제 치료를 시작한 cumulative rate과 95% CI는 각각 ( )%로 통계적으로 의미있게 차이를 보였다(P= )
제가 웹에서 하는 R로 통계를 돌렸는데 아래와 같이 작성을 해도 괜찮은 건지 여쭙고 싶습니다.
제가 궁금한 것은 follow-up 기간이 다른 두 그룹의 총 cumulative rate와 95% CI를 제시하고 이 두그릎의 생존이 다르다는 것을 보이기 위해
P 값을 log-rank test로 값을 제공하는 게 옳은 것인지 모르겠습니다. KM 생존 분석에서 제공되는 P값은 어느 시점의 P 값인지요?

2. 총 관찰기간 중에, Liquid group과 solid group에서
항생제 치료를 시작한 cumulative rate과 95% CI는 각각 ( )%로통계적으로 의미있게 차이를 보였다(P= )에서, 일단 생존분석을 한다는 것은 생존 기간 전체를 비교한다는 것이지, 어떤 시점 자체를 비교하는 것은 아닙니다.
오히려 어떤 시점(5년이라든지)의 비교는 사실은 카이제곱 검정과도 같은 것이지요.
실제로 log-rank test 등도 사실의 내부적으로 카이제곱 통계량이 중간에 사용됩니다.
그러므로 위의 질문 자체는 바뀌어야 합니다.
1. 두 생존 곡선이 전구간에 걸쳐볼 때 통계적으로 차이가 있느냐를 보기 위해서 log-rank test 등을 시행하면 됩니다.
2. 특정 시점에서의 예를 들면 5년의 누적 생존율을 구하고, 그 시점에서의 생존율이 차이가 있느냐
